After years of drinking other brands’ coffee, we decided to build our own brand around the kind of coffee we wanted to drink every single day.
That’s how Liberty Roast Coffee Co. was born.
The name wasn’t random. Liberty means something to us. It represents independence, grit, hard work, personal responsibility, and the freedom to build a life you’re proud of. Great coffee fuels many early mornings and long days in America, and we wanted a brand that reflected both our love of coffee and our love of country.
We’re based in Farmington, New Mexico, where we’ve built our careers around serving people in different ways.
My husband is retired law enforcement, where service, discipline, and commitment to community were part of everyday life. He now runs a nonprofit organization. I’m a former public information officer for a law enforcement agency, and now I own The Allen Agency, a boutique marketing agency specializing in copywriting and web design for service-based businesses.
Between the two of us, we’ve spent years serving communities, solving problems, and working long hours fueled by coffee.
Probably too much coffee, if we’re being honest. 🤭
When we created Liberty Roast Coffee Co., we knew we didn’t want to build just another coffee company with trendy packaging and forgettable coffee hiding inside. We wanted coffee that people would actually look forward to drinking. Coffee that tastes fresh because it is fresh. Coffee that shows up at your door ready to help you tackle whatever the day throws at you.
Many of our coffees are roasted and shipped the same day, which means you’re getting specialty-grade coffee at peak freshness — the way coffee should be.
We also believe ordering coffee should be simple. No complicated coffee jargon. No pretending to taste “notes of toasted rainforest berries harvested under a blue moon.” Just really good coffee, roasted with intention and delivered straight to your door.
At the end of the day, Liberty Roast Coffee Co. is built on the things we value most: quality, consistency, hard work, freedom, and a really strong cup of coffee.
And around here, running out of coffee is considered a national emergency.
